The modalities of collaboration may include as follows: Promoting the introduction of Pharos software tools and training content in the national and regional SME modernization programmes The model: The promoter receives representative powers, promote products & services, can run own consulting / training, support certification, contribute to the implementation. The financial results: receiving fixed percentage of the direct software sales, have percentage of the certification fees.
Promoting the use of the use of Pharos software by the large national and multinational corporations which wants to upgrade and monitor their suppliers. The model: - The corporation obtains certain number of UNIDO Pharos packages, - The software (along with training) is used for obtaining objective benchmarking data regarding supplier performance for selecting the preferable suppliers, - The software is included into the corporate agreement with companies selected as suppliers, the suppliers receive training, install software under supervision of corporate consultants, prepare their databases and provide business reports to issuing banks based on Pharos benchmarking reports (e.g. monthly or quarterly e.g. via Internet) for monitoring their target improvements and achieved results, The financial results: receiving fixed percentage of the direct software sales, have percentage of the certification fees.
